Extensive Water Intrusion-1st&2nd Floors

Background
During the course of a major renovation, a employee
accidentally ruptured a section of pipe that was part of the 2nd
floor fire suppression system. This resulted in an estimated 600
plus gallons of water being dispersed over two floors, with an
imprecated area of 90ft. on both floors.
The estimated affected sheet rock was well in excess of 25,000
sqft. Wes-Tech Environmental was contacted to develop the
Critical Emergency Response Plan (CERP). As a result, it was
the recommendation of Wes-Tech Environmental, that the
“highest standard of care” should be adopted as the Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP) when addressing any action plan.
